You have already taken an important first step by looking for support. Finding the right therapist can feel difficult, especially for people who have spent much of their lives serving and helping others.
My Journey
When I left the military in 2015, I struggled to find a renewed sense of purpose and people who truly understood my experience. Through my own search for support in both VA and private-practice settings, I learned how meaningful it can be to have someone listen without judgment or pressure to have all the answers.
That experience led me to become a therapist. My goal is to offer a respectful, compassionate space where veterans, first responders, and their families can feel heard, understood, and supported as they move forward.
