Who I Am

As a retired Army veteran and therapist, I understand that service can shape every part of life—relationships, identity, stress, and the transition home.

I provide compassionate therapy for veterans, first responders, and their families in the Georgetown area. Grounded in systemic therapy, I work with clients in the context of the relationships, communities, and experiences that matter most to them.

While I cannot fully know your individual experiences, I understand many of the challenges veterans may face when transitioning out of military service. Together, we can develop effective ways to navigate this change and build a meaningful, fulfilling life beyond the military.

Therapy for Veterans Navigating Life Beyond Service

I provide systemic therapy for veterans, first responders, and their families who are navigating stress, relationship concerns, trauma, and life transitions. My approach recognizes that the challenges veterans face when leaving the military can affect identity, family life, work, and community.

Together, we create practical military life support that honors your experiences and helps you move forward with greater clarity and connection.
